🚚 Local Same-Day Delivery — Hills District
We offer free same-day delivery to customers within 10km of our store in the Hills District area.
- Delivery fee: FREE
- Minimum order: $49
- Cut-off time: Orders must be placed by 4:00 PM (AEDT) for same-day delivery
- Delivery days: Monday to Sunday
- Eligibility: Available on in-stock items only
Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
📦 Shipping Outside Local Delivery Area
For all orders outside our local delivery zone, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, parcel size, and weight.
We offer multiple shipping options so you can choose what works best for you.
🚛 Standard Courier Shipping
Available for most metro and major city addresses.
- Typically the most cost-effective option for standard deliveries
- Faster delivery in metro areas
- Not available for PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or Parcel Collect addresses
If a PO Box or Parcel Locker address is provided, this option should not be selected.

Available Australia-wide.
- Required for PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, and Parcel Collect
- Required for regional and remote areas where courier services are not available
- Reliable delivery across all locations
In some regional locations, Australia Post may be the only available shipping option at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and destination.
⚖️ Heavy & Bulky Items
Some products such as cat litter, bulk canned food, and large pet food bags are heavier or bulkier to ship.
