Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your order has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel, you can:
- Self-serve: Log in to your customer account and manage your subscription directly from your account portal
- Email us: Contact us at info@pawsomelane.com.au or via our contact usContact Us page and we'll take care of it for you
Notice Period
There is no minimum notice period required. As long as your cancellation request is received before your order is dispatched, we will hold the shipment and process your cancellation.
Pausing Your Subscription
Not ready to cancel? You can pause your subscription at any time via your customer account portal. This allows you to skip upcoming orders without losing your subscription.
Refunds
- If you cancel before your order has been dispatched, you will receive a full refund of any amount already charged for that order.
- If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, if you'd like to return the product once received, please contact us at pawsomelaneaus@gmail.com — we'll arrange a return and issue a refund upon receipt of the item in its original condition.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account. Subscriptions are powered by Shopify Subscriptions.
